Description:
•Answer the telephone and help or direct callers as appropriate.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
• Order office supplies.
• Maintain the appearance of the front reception area.
• Timely maintenance of administrative tasks.
• Perform general clerical functions.
• Complete timely data entry of required data into automated systems. Maintain consistency and integrity of data.
• Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.

Requirements:
Knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
• 1-2 years administrative/office experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or Associates Degree in comparable field preferred. An equivalent combination
of education and experience may be considered.
• Effectively communicate in writing.
• Effectively communicate verbally including by telephone.
• Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
• Intermediate computer skill level using Excel, Word, Outlook, and the Internet.
