·       Answer the telephone courteously and efficiently with a positive tone of voice utilizing the Company accepted greeting.

·       Handle all initial customer inquiries and accurately route them to the appropriate employee or to voice mail as needed.

·       Check company voice mail box and forward messages to appropriate

employee

·       Conduct phone surveys/inquiries as directed.

·       Monitor fax server and distribute incoming faxes

·       Update and distribute telephone number and extension lists as needed

·       Process postage on all approved outgoing mail

·       Shred documents

·       Organize incoming mail by recipient

·       Place incoming mail in the recipients’ bin

·       Prepare daily invoices for outgoing mail

·       Prepare AP checks for outgoing mail
