Receptionist - Kailua-Kona JOB DESCRIPTION JOB SUMMARY: The receptionist will act as the "gatekeeper" and head of communication for the operation. Overall duties include: Checking in and qualifying guest that have been marketed to come and tour at our site, create CRS number and assign the tours to sales representatives, answer multi-line telephone-system and take messages or refer calls to the appropriate person, handle gifting premiums offered as incentive to come and tour, reconcile such gifts daily through multi-system reports, perform daily physical counts of inventory, and input data of the days progress to other department for Business Unit reporting. Restock shelves in administration office with sales documents. Assist the Administrative Manager and Sr Marketing Manager in any clerical duties as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned. - Checking in and qualifying guest that have been marketed to come and tour at our site 80% - Handle gifting premiums offered as incentive to come and tour and disperse to guest 80% - Provide administrative support, when requested, to Administrative Manager and management staff. 10% - Direct vendors and greet customers upon entering the building. 10% - Other Duties assigned by Administrative Manager as needed.
