About Private Wealth Management
Worldwide, we look after the private wealth and investment solutions for over 90,000 high net worth individuals. Although it’s difficult to define exactly who qualifies for this designation, it’s usually assumed that it includes anyone with liquid assets in excess of $1 million.

Role responsibilities:
- Answers, screens and directs all incoming calls
- Attends to all visitors
- Greet and direct guests to correct destination
- Coordinate booking of meeting rooms
- Take and relay messages
- Deal with queries from the internal and external customers
- Receives incoming courier and arranges for outgoing courier.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Any other ad hoc activities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level
- At least 2 years of relevant receptionist and administrative experience
- Professional with a high level of customer service
- Ability to maintain poise and professionalism in different situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and oral English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have great sense of urgency and able to multi-task effectively
- Prior working experience in service industry is an added advantage
