Receptionist SA Job in Adelaide, South Australia Australia
We are currently seeking a receptionist to fulfull an 11 month fixed term maternity leave contract. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for handling the front desk and assisting the administration team to effectively run the office.
You will be responsible for:
- Answering and announcing incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Updating and distributing state telephone lists
- Arranging local and interstate couriers and keep register up to date
- Mail duties
- Photocopy / plan printing and other general administrative tasks
- Ordering and control stationery and postage orders
- Greeting clients/subcontractors
- Maintaining and update Staff In/Out Register
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with all levels of people
- Excellent time management skills
- Good organisation skills
- Approachable and friendly
- Willingness to lend a hand
- Solid computer skills in MS Office applications
