Job Description: Greet clients and visitors and direct to conference room or staff members office. Receive incoming telephone calls, obtain all important information and forward calls to appropriate person. May record calls and visitors. Provides information and assistance to clients and customers. Answer inquiries for the general public. Schedule appointments, maintain conference room schedule, receive and send out courier items.
