Receptionist/Administration – Financial Services recruitment

The Company

An opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator who is looking for your next challenge. This long established financial institution is now recruiting for a bright and efficient individual who can strengthen their existing receptionist/administration skills and provide immediate support to the company.

The Role

• Being the first point of contact to clients - meet and greet all visitors
• Ensuring the smooth operation of reception - answer all incoming calls using switchboard
• Maintaining the reception area in a tidy manner and arrange booking meeting rooms
• Performing administrative duties (e.g. arranging meetings, travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, organizing catering needs etc); and
• Assisting in other ad-hoc duties

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you must have previous receptionist/administration experience within a Financial Services environment. You shall have an undergraduate degree in accounting/business/finance with formal secretarial training. You will have excellent communication skills, be extremely well presented, have excellent time management skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing abilities, and, able to work on your own initiative.
