We are currently seeking a polished receptionist with excellent administrative and computer skills to join our San Francisco team. In this position you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients and guests and answering the main phone line. In addition, you will support our Senior Portfolio Managers with all administrative functions using your advanced knowledge of MS Office Outlook. You will organize, ship, and track client materials; coordinate an intense, ever changing, travel schedule; and handle general administrative functions as needed.
Our ideal candidate is a strong team player with the ability to work independently on assigned projects. This person should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, exhibit an inquisitive nature and be resourceful, eager, and able to learn quickly. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and meticulous attention to detail are the soft skills you will bring to this position. B.S. or B.A. degree required, preferably in Business/Finance.
