Your key responsibilities will include:
· Working on a busy switch
· Processing office related invoices
· Organising couriers and deliveries
· Maintaining phone listings and office-related details on the intranet
· General office administration
· Office maintenance issues
· Ordering stock as needed and other tasks as required.
This role will be both challenging and rewarding for the right person. You must have corporate reception and administration experience.
This is a very demanding role within a corporate reception and strong experience within a corporate environment is preferred.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Strong verbal/written and interpersonal skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Excellent ability to work in a team
· Strong organisational skills
· Experience in Microsoft Office is essential
