Ideal candidate qualifications include:
- intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- experience handling a multi-line phone system
- ability to handle a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently
- strong organizational skills
- handling general administrative tasks, i.e. faxing, copying, scanning, mail distribution, organizing records/files
- handling confidential information with discretion
- possession of valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to run occassional errands
