Kelly Services is excited to partner with Baker Hughes to supply and manage qualified DisAssemblers/Reclaim employees for their Tulsa location. Skills/Knowledge: Possess knowledge of centrifugal pumps, mud pumps, vain pumps orrotation equipment as well as comprehensive mechanical, diagnostic andanalytical skills. When disassembling pumps must be able to determine,whether certain components can be salvaged or discarded for scrap. Abasic understanding of the form and function of assembly components.Must be able to accurately use measuring instruments and must havestable work history. Physical Demands: Required to work standing upduring the majority of the shift, occasionally lift/carry up to 50pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 60 pounds of force. Must be ableto operate crane/hoist and pallet jack. Repetitive use of hands andwrists while using hand tools. Must be able to bend up to two thirds ofthe shift and reach below shoulders often. Duties/Responsibilities: Working under direct supervision dismantles and disassembles intricateand complex types of pumps and motors where close fitting and aligningare important. Disassembles parts by un-fastening bolts, screws, speedclips, rivets, or other fasteners, using hand tools and portable poweredtools. Operates drill presses, punch presses, or riveting machines toassist in disassembly operation. Cleans the components including motors,pumps, seals, shafts, stators, gas separators and intakes. Performsrepetitive mechanical activities, operates a crane/hoist to transportthe pumps to the shop from the delivery vehicle. If you are interested in this opportunity, click the "Apply Now" button.
