Description
The Reconciliation Service Group provides exception management services to the various operational business units. The incumbent will be charged with providing specialized support to the various reconciliation service teams. S/He will assist in the delivery and communication of accurate and timely reconciliations to the line of business in the research and resolution of the exceptions, including correction processing and escalating any issues that may arise. S/He will also assist in training of both new and existing staff on procedures and enhancements. S/He will be involved with various vendor management activities. S/he will assist the supervisor in the completion of performance appraisals and daily review of work. S/He will perform and monitor risk management by adhering to established quality control standards and procedures. S/He will also be involved in system implementations which would include the development and execution of test plans. S/he will also be involved in business recovery and Inter Regional Business Continuity strategies.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will possess an associate degree or comparable work experience. S/He must have strong background in the Microsoft suite of products. S/He must possess strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines. Organizational and effective leadership skills preferred. Requires three to four years of relevant securities and business analysis experience.
