Day-to-day Management of RTB Processes

–Oversight of offshore team of Reconciliation Analysts

–Resolving and escalating processing issues

–Ensure team delivers according to SLA’s

–Communication with business stakeholders

–Monitor quality or process and team deliverables

–Ensure best practice is applied to break investigation and resolution

Internal Client Relationship Management

–To build key relationships with Operations clients to ensure JRU understand their business needs and develop frameworks to better support them

–To continually review and, as a minimum, meet client Service Level Agreements

–Meet with clients on weekly or monthly basis to review production metrics

–The provision of value added management information to internal clients

Process Improvement

–Identify and implement process changes

–Craft best practices across offshore teams

–Oversee the off-shoring of additional Reconciliation processes

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a proven background Operations run-the-bank management and good process improvement experience.   They should also be able to operate effectively irrespective of physical or functional boundaries, hold a strong analytical skill set and have the ability to network across multiple teams.Key delivery Opportunities:
