Department Description
Reconciliation of cash / stock and counterpart accounts for the Prime Brokerage EMEA Markets
To provide support and information regarding reconciliation queries to Middle Offices, Trading Personnel, Client Service Teams, Network Management and on occasions some client contact
To liaise with Custodians to resolve queries and reconciliation issues
Key Responsibilities:
Intra day and daily reconciliations for EMEA markets
Resolution of Cash and Stock breaks
Client Money Payments and Controls
Weekly metrics preparation and monitoring
Control and regulatory reporting
Investigation and issue resolution
Resolution of Cash and Stock breaks

Analytical skills
Reconciliations and / or Controls experience
Ability to work under pressure due to cut-off times and volumes
Root cause analysis and problem solving skills
Initiative to deal effectively with unfamiliar situations
