Reconciliations Analyst
Broadstone Resourcing has been instructed to source a 6 month fixed term contract for our Leisure and Entertainment client based in London. The client is looking to recruit a Reconciliations Analyst to ensure the needed ticket reconciliations are completed for all designated events.
The Reconciliations Analyst will also ensure that the event reconciliations are completed so all the cash is collected and accounted for properly in the ledgers.
Key accountabilities that the Reconciliations Analyst will undertake include:
- Prepare ticket reconciliations within 30 days of an event
- Ensure important reconciliations are completed within contractual terms
- Work closely with AP and AR to ensure correct invoices are raised, and that respective ledgers are offset
- To Assist Business Manager to close out an event within the needed time limits
- Track key financial reconciliations and controls on events
- To support Event Managers and Budget Holders
- To assist in improving financial processes and controls
- Ad-hoc business work for Head of Planning and Business Manager
You will build key relationships with the events team, ticketing team, head of new events and the external promoters and event owners.

Ideal candidates should be a part qualified accountant or a qualified AAT and have sound knowledge of financial accounting systems. Experience of preparing reconciliations is essential and previous events, ticketing and Great Plains experience would be desirable.
The Reconciliations Analyst will also need to demonstrate time management, interpersonal skills, self motivation and be an excellent team player.
