Position SummaryThe Reconciliation Business Relationship Manager for the Wholesale Bank is a newly created position within JPMorgan.
This senior role will be responsible for being both an advocate for the Business with the Recon Utility for the Recon Utility with the Business / other third parties throughout the Reconciliations Operations across the Investment Bank, Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) and Asset Management. This will involve being a Business Reconcilaiton subject matter expert a point of escalation communication to ensure the Firm achieves industry leading customer service, risk management and operating efficiency, while supporting institutional and high-networth client's requirements across a network of over 100 international markets.

Qualifications
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
Strong background
in Financial Services
Managing regional / global delivery teams with a demonstrable track record of delivering to demanding standards of quality and accuracy
Experience in assimilating strategic direction and implementing appropriately tailored business plans
Real-world experience in analysis, design and implementation
Capturing, defining and documenting business and technology requirements

Practical Operations Securities processing experience, ie - FX, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income and/or Reconciliations Controls
Managing, organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong people management skills
COMPETENCIES:
Excellent oral / written communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions
Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines and / or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
