Reconciliations Clerk Job in Sheffield, Yorkshire UK

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of a prestigious client consultation company in their Sheffield office for. They are currently recruiting 2 Bank Reconciliation Clerk`s for 3 months.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role and will be expected to assist the Head of Cashiers in maintaining bank reconciliations for several bank accounts. You will have individual responsibility for identifying entries on the company`s bank statements that haven`t been posted to the accounts system, assisting with petty cash and answering telephone and e-mail queries.

You will produce daily reports for the Finance team and will liaise with different departments and external clients on a regular basis. You will also take part in any project work as and when necessary

Good computer skills and experience using Excel is essential for this post. You should be able to work as part of a team at the same time as being able to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate should be able to work to tight deadlines and have good interpersonal skills.
