Overview: Oce Business Services has an opening for a Records and Imaging Solutions Analyst. The Records and Imaging Solutions Analyst is a key role within the Records and Imaging Department. This role works with Sales, Operations and other analysts to assist in the review of new or expanding business opportunities in a collaborative fashion to further the sales and operational goals of the company

As a key partner in the development of new and expanding business opportunities the Analyst increases demand and revenue for service and product offerings pertaining to records/information management and participates in the evaluation of the organization’s sales goals and strategies in regard to the expansion of business in the area of records/information managementConducts requirements gathering at prospective and existing client sites to understand the client’s current business processes, and to design business solutions, services, equipment and staff for records and imaging implementationsPrepares proposals based upon functional and business requirements, develops implementation schedules and guidelines for successful deployments, and provides for support to integrate records or imaging technology into the clients’ business environments utilizing the best in-house or outside vendor offerings. Prepares, with Sales team, detailed proposals that accurately and professionally describes the OCE solution for new or existing clients, contributes to the sales initiatives through team meetings, conference calls, client presentations and client follow up meetings as necessaryPrepares proformas to outline the services and costs provided for a total business solution and works with the Finance Department to accurately detail all costs for each project in responsible manner.Directs the implementation of procedures, guidelines and processes for the successful implementation of services and equipment at each client site, working with the implementation team to ensure the smooth and concise delivery of services from its design through implementationProvides feedback and supports the records and imaging team in sales efforts, projects, and programs that will further the growth of the departmentCollaborates internally with Sales and Operations stakeholders as well as outside partners, associations, vendors in sales or marketing programs as directed by the Director of Records and ImagingConducts periodic systems audits and site support for clients as needed in collaboration with operations, account management and records teamsSupervises records and imaging projects at client sites as needed for the duration of the project to support project management teamDocuments time allocated to administrative, proposal and finalization of contracts (travel, conference calls, vendor interactions, etc) in a consistent and complete manner in designated department tracking toolsProvides input to Director and Assistant Director in the preparation of all costing and proposal documentation for business opportunities as required or requested.
