Records File Room Supervisor

As a Records Management Operations Supervisor, you will manage, coordinate, and direct the daily operations of non-exempt employees and/or support an operations unit in a production area. You will perform a wide array of leadership functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision making. You will assign work and set workflow priorities, maintain the staffs work queues, tracking unit performance and monitoring daily business results. You will rely on excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will develop, recommend and adapt guidelines, procedures, processes and techniques, including creating reports and meeting departmental goals. Key emphasis placed on the management of expenses, daily production reporting, increased efficiencies and implementation of best practices. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to supporting each represented function with questions and issues, having the ability to identify risks within the unit and implementing controls around those risks. You will be responsible for staff development, coaching and performance evaluations, monitoring staff attendance records and ensuring compliance with Chase policies.
