My client is undertaking a large programme of change within Records and Document management Technology that will consolidate several eCommunication archives under one solution for the entire bank. The Records Management Programme Manager will lead and manage the overall delivery of programme which includes product build, customization and rollout to all regions. The Programme Manager will; create an implementation road map, manage a global team of Project Managers, manage and get buy in from the business stakeholders, challenge the status quo and ensure delivery of the end to end programme of change.
