Recoveries Officer
My client is a highly successful Australian insurance company who are currently looking at expanding their business and have identified a need for a new Recoveries Officer.
This organisation will provide support and training, in a constantly growing environment that will allow the opportunity to expand and broaden your knowledge and role.
As a Recoveries Officer your duties will include
- End-to-end management of your own claims portfolio
- Reducing the number of outstanding recovery claims
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Providing efficient and accurate Recoveries and Claims processing service for customers
- Recovery claims negotiating
- Ad hoc duties
To be successful the right candidate will have a proven track record of:
- Previous claims or claims recoveries exposure to personal insurance lines essentialSome administration experience
- Knowledge of direct insurance preferred
- Tier 1 PS 146 in general insurance products desirable.
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
