Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
-Assist in managing the overall Recovery System including host system and converted system -Assist in client conversions from a proprietary recovery system to a licensed recovery application. -Responsible for the management and documentation of changes made to the application, configuration, system parameters, end of night processing, upgrades etc. -Responsible for the production management of the Decision Engine within the RMS NG Fair Isaac product. -Manage the daily functioning of the rules engine by receiving, analyzing testing and implementing changes to the rules configured in the decision engine -Work closely with Process owners to ensure account flows are set up, monitored and executed -Manage projects, system initiatives to drive and plan for the future vision of Recovery -Create an RMS dashboard for overall system efficiency related to processes -Document and record processes and prepare flowcharts to ensure the RMS rules engine is functioning properly, provide updates as needed. -Facilitate and prepare PER’s, all phases and manage them to completion. -Liaison with IT to ensure smooth running of Recovery application -Review and monitor RMS NG support central issue tickets -Complete and fix issues/problems relative to RMS NG Operational items -Prepare Support Central tickets and review and implement escalation practices. -Review all current recovery practices and determine the next steps to ensure processes are automated. -Prepare financial and statistical analysis. -Prepare financial and business reporting as needed -Actively participate in process management improvements. -Support Recovery practices and procedures -Reconcile day to day host feeds and GL feeds to ensure the system maintains its data integrity and updated tables. -Some travel required -All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree-3+ years’ experience with RMS NG-1+ years’ experience of Recovery Operations-1+ years’ experience of Collections Operations-Strong PC skills; MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word-Knowledge of AS/400 -SQL and Query experienceYOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACTELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:-All applications for employment must be submitted through either www.gecareers.com or the Career Opportunity System (COS) to be considered-You must be 18 years or older-You must have a high school diploma or equivalent-You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process-You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States-If currently a GE employee, you must have been in your current position for at least 6 months (AP) or 24 months (PB or greater), have at least a 'consistently meets expectations'performance rating and have the approval of your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR to apply if you don't meet the time-in-job or performance requirement)
