Recruiter -- High Tech

As a Recruiter with PrincetonOne you will be responsible for bringing top flight candidates to our corporate clients. We are seeing a significant increase in client demand for the highly specialized types of candidates that only customized searches are able to provide.
Location: Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village, Co
Earnings Range: Unlimited
Specific Responsibilities will include:
• Aggressive prospecting and cold-calling within industry or occupational specialization
• Working with other Recruiters to expand business and fulfill large projects
• Assisting clients in negotiating compensation and executive benefit plans
To be Qualified, you must bring the following:
• Strong determination
• Massive self-discipline
• Solid positive attitude with impeccable communication skills
• Ability to put the needs of the client ahead of your own
Ideal Background and Attributes:
• 1-5+ years inside or outside sales experience (B2B) or prior successful third party recruiting experience emphasizing new business development
• Fearless ability to Cold-call. Clear, genuine and concise communications
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to think quickly and lead technical discussions where necessary
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A willingness to work as hard as it takes to get the job done
• An unwavering commitment to the customer and to your team
• Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit
• BS or BA is preferred.
Plusses would be:
• Industry knowledge in High Technology
• Experience in dealing with High Level decision makers
