Position is with the Regional Banking Recruiting Team Business Line Complexity Responsible for the staffing of assigned geographic and/or leader region. Acts as a Staffing Consultant to all levels of internal management. Professional Development Continued learning in the areas of Human Resources policies, processes, as well as state and federal labor laws. Monitors changing market and candidate trends. Involvement in Human Resources and/or community organizations to further promote the Wells Fargo Employment Brand. Functional Skills and Knowledge Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and screening qualified candidates from external and internal sources. Dispositions, both external and internal candidates, with a focus on coaching. Provides candidates with Wells Fargo information. Administers skill tests and documents results. Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies. Develops innovative avenues to increase the quantity, quality and diversity of the candidate pool. Coordinates and participates in Wells Fargo sponsored job/community fairs to promote the Wells Fargo Employment Brand. Maintains an ongoing relationship with professional recruitment agencies, schools and the line of business. Conducts interviews and evaluates employment factors, such as: job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities. Works with management to guide the standardized candidate and interview process, while ensuring a fair and equitable hiring decision is made and documented appropriately. Gathers, documents and maintains candidate information for legal and systems compliance. Consults with managers to ensure offers of employment are in line with the Wells Fargos compensation philosophy. Manages vendor activities in line with corporate service level agreements, while strategically maximizing candidate flow and minimizing cost. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years recruiting or human resources experience. Minimum Qualifications: Human Resources Experience Minimum of 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment. Proven ability to effectively recruit for exempt, non exempt and leader positions. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. Preferred Skills: Education BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field. Or relevant experience. Skills Intermediate MS Word. Intermediate MS Excel. Advanced Power Point. Advanced Internet search skills. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to self audit. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
