RECRUITER Reference Title HR Use Only: Recruiter - Client Non Nursing Team Hospital: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Family Health Centers Facility: CLEVELAND CLINIC ADMINISTRATION CENTER (CCAC) Department: CCHS STAFFING AND RECRUITMENT Job Code: T26230 Pay Grade: 13 Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Hours: 8-5 Job Details: Position is for a Client Recruiter on the Non Nursing Team Summary: Designs, implements, and evaluates innovative strategies for the recruitment of non-licensed and licensed professional healthcare and management candidates for employment within Cleveland Clinic. Oversees the selection process, advertising, interviewing, coordinating, and initiating the hiring process of newly hired and transferred employees. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for interviewing, screening, testing and evaluating external and internal candidates for open positions throughout Cleveland Clinic. Ensures that all steps of the recruitment process including position approval, sourcing, interviewing, testing, reference checking, criminal background checks, new-hire paperwork and status of all applications is completed including decline communication. Participates in the development, monitoring, and implementation of a Recruitment Plan for areas of responsibility. This includes research, evaluation, and selection of appropriate recruitment methods to ensure the recruitment of highly skilled, qualified staff. Serves as internal consultant to managers regarding staffing needs and projections. Promotes and actively participates in organizational recruitment efforts to students/applicants through job fairs, conventions, speaking engagements and related activities. Coordinates and monitors the work of the Recruitment Technician and assists by providing guidance and technical advice when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent in training and experience is required. Experience: A minimum of three years of professional level recruitment experience or HR experience; two of the years of recruitment or related HR experience preferably at Cleveland Clinic. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None required. Physical Requirements: Possess full range of body motion including handling and lifting items up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must be able to travel to various Cleveland Clinic sites and area colleges/universities. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel overnight.
