Duration is expected to be around 90 days.

Job Summary
Responsible for recruitment services for EverBank family of companies. In conjunction with client groups, participates in the identification and placement of qualified applicants. Ensures all special projects and/or reports related to recruitment are completed in a timely manner. Assist on Talent Acquisition projects as needed.

Essential Functions
• Follows EverBank’s recruitment processes by posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, an/or making job offers to qualified candidates
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
• Participates in recruitment activities that support EverBank’s AAP and Diversity goals
• Maintains compliance with all employment related laws
• Participates in Job Fairs and College Career Fairs
• Reviews and evaluates current and new recruitment tools
• Actively sources high quality candidates
• Responsible for updating and maintaining accurate recruiting reports
• Provides back-up support for Talent Acquisition team
• Performs supervisory function over the recruiting coordinators and is responsible for efficient on boarding of new employees
• Projects and other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of HR related laws and recruiting policies and procedures
• Negotiation and sales/persuasive skills
• Interviewing skills
• Time management skills – ability to manage multiple priorities and client groups at the same time
• Ability to understand the jobs, duties, industry and other factors of client groups so as to advise them on recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include the ability to build relationships with the managers and employees within client groups
• Ability to exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Education and Experience
• Minimum of three (3) years experience as a corporate recruiter or high volume recruiting required
• College degree strongly preferred
• Financial (mortgage/banking) recruiting experience required
• Previous Technical (IT) recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
• Previous experience actively sourcing candidates preferred

• Drug Screen – after offer of employment is extended and before start date
• Past Employment Verification
• Social Security Verification
