Recruiter

As a recruiter, you will act as a liaison between departments and recruiting to keep information current, prepare and oversee travel preparation, and attend local and remote job fairs, college events and special events.  You are also responsible for following applicants through all stages of our process from testing to hiring.

 

Your goal is to consistently bring in the highest quality applicants that will benefit the customers and the company to ensure that Reynolds and Reynolds continues to grow and prosper.  In order to achieve this goal, you need to be willing to travel 25% nationwide, conduct group presentations, administer testing, and interview and present qualified applicants to the departments.

 

This position requires a wide range of abilities including strong communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility, strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.  A high standard of professionalism is also required since you will be interacting not only with those outside the company but also with our interior management staff including executive vice presidents and the president.

     

         

Training:

You will shadow other recruiters in interviews, presentations, meetings and offers.  You will also travel along with other recruiters to represent Reynolds and Reynolds at local and remote career fairs.  As you prove yourself on the initial assignments, you will be given increasing levels of responsibility.
