Recruiter for Banking, Finance and Real Estate recruitment

The individual will be a key member of its highly respected practice and will have the opportunity to develop, maintain and manage a diversified portfolio of project engagements.  In this role, you will have an opportunity to leverage your recruiting experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

The staffing professional will report directly to the Managing Director.  The firm offers an excellent compensation package that includes a competitive base salary and incentive plan.  The long-term success of this individual will only be limited by his/her performance.

Responsibilities:

• Work in tandem with the Managing Director to develop proactive, strategic recruiting strategies – identifying target companies, niche websites and search options

• Mine a wide variety of resources (job boards, data bases, networking, referrals) for qualified candidates and provide timely and innovative sourcing results

• Communicate directly with clients and candidates as necessary, depending on the level of the search, to screen and arrange interviews

• Build a network of professional and executive level contacts within the firm’s area of specialization

• Play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and/or ways to differentiate the firm in the market place

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years professional experience in recruiting and/or finance preferred

• B.A. required; M.B.A. is a plus

• Strong internet/social media recruiting, sourcing skills, cold calling, company and industry researching skills

• Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs

• Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with candidates/clients at all levels, especially at the executive level of the organization

• Enthusiasm for building a business, a sense of urgency and capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and overcome obstacles

• Must be solutions orientated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative, flexible team player

• High level of energy, outgoing personality and insatiable desire to succeed

• Present a polished and professional appearance at all times
