Shopko is growing and looking for a dynamic results-driven identifier of talent to join our Corporate Recruiting Team.
At Shopko, the Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying and attracting talent for the entire organization. They manage and drive the candidate experience and the recruiting/hiring processes for corporate, store leadership, and retail health (Pharmacy Optical) business units. They build strong talent pipeline through networking, campus recruiting events, sourcing and promote the Shopko recruiting brand. Creates and executes strategic campus recruiting programs. Builds relationships with hiring managers, vendors, internal and external candidates. Executes corporate initiatives and projects as needed.
REQUIRED:
*College degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
*2-5 years recruiting experience, preferably in Corporate setting
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
*Sourcing Internet search experience
*Knowledge of employment law
*Ability to travel stay overnight for Career Fair Event
DESIRED:
*Previous Applicant Tracking System experience
*Multi-location exposure
*Broadbased HR (Generalist) exposure
