Recruiter Recruiter Title: Recruiter Responsibilities: 85% is cold calling prospective candidates through working in our Contact Management system. Resumes are already sourced and entered. Individuals in this role will make a minimum of 50 phone calls per day and may be asked to call up to 70 contacts in a day. They will present the Inside Sales opportunity to candidates engaging their interest to apply for the position. 15% of the role will be follow up, correspondence via email, and consulting with the Recruiting team. Initial training via Call shadowing, and learning scripts will be provided . Qualifications: 1 - 2 years experience with cold calling Previous experience with heavy phone work is required. Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills and interpersonal and professional communication skill.
