FBD (Frozen Beverage Dispensers) has an immediate opening for a highly organized and self-motivated Recruiter to source and identify candidates at all levels to support the continued growth of our global business. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Source, screen, interview and recommend applicants for all divisions and levels of the company.

·         Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

·         Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to maintain competitive recruiting practices.

·         Evaluate candidate qualifications and competencies through in-person interviews and/or phone/video conference, and recommend applicants to the hiring manager.

·         Negotiate wage rates and other terms of employment with candidates.

·         Performs detailed reference and background screening on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.

·         Participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.

·         1-2 years experience sourcing professional talent in a manufacturing or technical industry is preferred. 

·         Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

·         Knowledge of internet sourcing and advanced interviewing techniques.

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

·         Well developed written and verbal communication skills that include proactive and timely follow through.

·         Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and consistently use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

·         Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
