This is a 4-6 month contract position at a well known and respected Financial Services Company in Scottsdale. It is a conservative and professional environment with great amenities. Suits are not required, but are preferred and there are no casual days in the dress code. As a contractor, you are eligible for benefits. The position will be recruiting for Full-Time/Perm positions for the financial company, but more for the technical departments. Positions to be filled may include: Usability Engineers, Web Designers, Defined Benefits, Actuarial Sciences and Controllers. While recruiting from AZ, these positions you are recruiting for may be located in PA or NC. This is a detail oriented and fast paced environment. You would utilize various recruiting methods and HRIS programs. Working hours: Approx. 7:30am-4pm, M-F, 37.5 hours/wk --College degree required --Experience recruiting for technical jobs --Experience hiring at the mid to executive level --Flexibility and adaptability --Ability to manage complex client relationships and work independently --Strong decision making and problem solving skills --Consultative/collaborative communication style with the ability to influence and persuade --Must have high volume corporate recruiting experience Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
