Job Duties:

 

·        Administers and executes recruitment strategy for company, including processes and procedures for company and department personnel.

·        Plans, organizes, and controls overall recruitment for exempt and non-exempt personnel.

·        Directly manages the exempt-level recruitment process, including writing and placing recruitment advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate visits, making travel arrangements, corresponding with job applicants, etc.

·        Develops recruitment plans for all projected yearly recruitment for exempt and non-exempt personnel.  

·        Plans, organizes, and controls the recruitment budget while finding new, innovative recruitment techniques and sources. 

·        Develops benchmarkable recruitment measures and goals and works to exceed those goals.  

·        Manages company internship program, including the relationship with local college and university to ensure continued involvement and visibility with upcoming graduates. 

·        Ensures a best-practice approach to sourcing and recruitment techniques in order to meet the hiring demands of the organization. 

·        Assists in preparation of budget for human resources operations.

·        Ensures compliance with relevant Federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, codes and/or statutes with regards to the recruitment process.
