We don't have a job for you-we have a career in mind... Kelly Services is looking for talented recruiters with experience in the Legal Field to join our internal team. The recruiter role is instrumental in Kelly's overall success. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, interviewing, screening, reviewing resumes, and checking references in order to fill job orders. Working in conjunction with the Account Managers and District Mangers, the individual responsibilities will focus on recruiting and fulfilling orders for retail and professional/technical positions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to working with the hiring managers to understand customer hiring processes, procedures and policies. In addition, they will be held accountable for meeting and exceeding on-time delivery service level agreements for their customer(s). Their success will be highly impacted by their ability to develop working relationships with peers, managers and clients. They must understand the importance of being a true team player. Required Qualifications Include: BA or BS in Business, HR, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience 2 or 3 years recruiting, staffing Legal Recruiting a Must Demonstrated experience in screening, hiring, orienting, training, assigning and managing temporary employees. Must also be able to market candidates to hiring managers and negotiate salary rates. Must be able to function in complex and matrix environments with multiple stakeholders. Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals is essential. Good communication (both verbal and written), negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills are required. Individual must be able to function independently/autonomously yet know when to get management involved. Candidate must also be comfortable interacting with and potentially influencing many levels of management both within Kelly and our customer. Must be innovative in their approach, willing to take risks and operate successfully in ambiguous situations. Attention to detail - with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary. Strong problem solving and decision making skills required.
