Job Responsibilities Prepares target lists with recruiters and hiring managers and develops a sourcing strategy for each requisition. Sources, qualifies and presents exempt level candidates to Recruiter. Conducts phone screens with exempt level candidates Makes initial candidate contact and builds relationships/ networks with prospective candidates with the primary focus on lead generation and the development of new candidate prospects to develop an interest level in company opportunities. Enters appropriate data into applicant tracking syste (ATS) Qualifications Associates Degree and at least 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting or staffing (pharma RD, Science background a plus) At least 2 years of networking experience using internet networking tools, such as Linked-In. At least 2 years experience with applicant tracking systems. Experience establishing maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community with vendors. Experience phone screening and dealing with exempt level candidates. Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
