One of New Jersey’s oldest and largest full-service staffing firms seeks several savvy, experienced talent acquisition recruiters for our Executive Search Retail Specialty division.

We seek high-energy individuals with:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in the fields of recruitment preferably in Retail staffing or Sales.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- The willingness and ability to learn
- Excellent computer skills
- Self-motivation
- A willingness to approach (via telephone) strangers and initiate meaningful conversation with them regarding career opportunities our clients need filled.
