Resource Staffing, a Texas based staffing firm, is seeking experienced Recruiters for our Galleria and North Houston branches as well as a Recruiting Manager. We are the ideal firm for staffing professionals that love the recruiting and staffing role but prefer not to cold call or make marketing calls. Our Business Development Managers handle the Outside sales and our staffing professionals handle the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and staffing of contract, contract-hire, and direct hire Administrative/Clerical and Accounting/Financial talent.
As Recruiters you will be responsible for:
· Candidate recruitment and retention
· Placement activities
· Maintaining an employee base
· Resolving any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
· Uncovering job opportunities for candidates and field employees

Qualifications:
- 3yr+ of staffing industry experience
- 2-5 year of management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat and engaging personality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with existing customers
- Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients, candidates field employees
- Ability to make decisions and execute a plan as needed
