Recruit top talent in the marketplace. Build relationships with our existing and new clients to take strong job orders and then match the best candidates to those orders. Deliver high quality service to customers and associates by matching skills of talent to the needs of our clients for temp, temp to perm and perm placement orders. Developes and retains business by providing outstanding customer service as well as performing a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to problem solve. Able to shift back and forth between two or more tasks. Ability to influence the opinions and decisions of others (clients and associates). Applies good memory skills of policies and procedures or find as needed. Understand and accurately apply basic math skills. Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.
