Work closely with the recruiting staff to ensure candidates are properly prepared for their new positions. Help with the intake process and make a difference in the candidate's on-boarding experience!
Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for an individual with some staffing experience to work helping to on-board employees. This individual will be responsible for all phases of the new hire process including new hire paperwork, W-4 information, setting up drug screens and background checks and face to face orientation, etc.
The perfect candidate will have worked as support in a staffing agency or with a large HR department. They will be fast paced and love the details involved with getting new employees ready for their new positions.

Requirements:
1 year of employed by a staffing agency
High School Diploma
Some recruiting experience preferred
Must be detail minded and fast paced with good communication skills
