Recruiting Candidate Sourcer recruitment

Responsabilities:

-Data mining and sourcing new candidates
 
- Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop, drive, and refine candidate search processes
 
- Categorizing candidates, and matching qualified candidates to job requirements
 
- Acting as a first point of contact, conducting phone screening, gauging candidate interest and appropriateness while providing information on the position and our company
 
- Obtaining candidate information such as compensation requirements, and availability
 
- Developing industry expertise by understanding our client base, their hiring needs and position specifications
 
- Managing/updating candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
 
- Utilizing web searches, job boards, and social media sites to create community and generate leads
 
Desired Skills Experience
 
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience
 

- Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office suite and Content Management Systems
 

- Strong understanding and facility using the internet to search for information, especially popular and emerging social networking sites including LinkedIn, Facebook, and others
 

- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills
 

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
 

- Positive attitude and team player
 

-Must have a financial background in recruitment.
