Recruiting Coordinator Inhouse/Team Leader recruitment

In your new role, you will be responsible for the central coordination of the recruiting activities for a new department in this bank. This also includes the regular communication with the Management team, business areas and HR to ensure the underlying business cases are validated, job specs are prepared, compensation levels are determined and the actual hiring process is monitored to meet the hiring targets.

Your team supports regular MIS requirements and manages the overall process, identifying additional potential efficiencies while being delivery-focused, highly efficient and maintaining minimum standards for the quality of output.

Main Responsibilities

You will be coordinating the overall recruiting activities centrally across all business areas of this department. This will also involve leading a team of two individuals. You will be pro-actively communicating with the group of global contacts to provide guidance and advise.Furthermore you will work closely the HR representatives throughout all recruitment stages.You are also responsible for providing accurate reports to senior management and HR Berlin.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the relevant experience in a similar co-ordination role.You need a strong understanding of the recruitment process. Ideally you have basic experience and knowledge in risk management. You are up-to-date on key developments across the financial landscape and have strong MI reporting skills (Design Delivery)

Technical Requirements

-Advanced Microsoft Office including Excel
-Confident handling and manipulating data files with accuracy
