Job Description:
The Recruiting Coordinator will support the Recruiting team and perform all of the administrative functions related to the recruiting and hiring process.
This includes but is not limited to the following Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the pre-offer letter issuance process, including collection/verification of relevant pre-offer materials and validating appropriate approvals
· Manage the collection of compensation verification documents and collection of forfeiture documentation for buyouts
· Draft offer letters
· Confirm clearances and start date with all relevant parties
· Coordinate pre-employment screenings, interfacing with search firms as needed to confirm scheduling
· Collect and submit all new hire paperwork
· Post and update requisitions in the ATS
· Manage the documentation of positions outside of ATS for inclusion in global open requisition report
· Manage candidate life-cycle in the ATS
· Draft Contingent Agreements for search firms as needed
· Coordinate candidate travel schedule as necessary
· Coordinate video conferences for global interviews
· Assist with national initiatives as needed. Utilize firm standard/technology to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
· Work with shared services/marketing to ensure proper use of branding of materials, usage of company information and communication strategy
