Recruiting Coordinator- Metro West
Our client is a leading marketing company in the metro west area with a growing HR department. Currently they are looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support up to 3 full cycle recruiters with scheduling and other administrative tasks. This is a great way to gain valuable experience for a career in the recruiting industry. A successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting an HR department.
Duties will include:
- Coordinating candidate interviews with HR representatives
- Participate in new hire on-boarding
- Generate reports around recruiting numbers
- Supporting recruiters with organizing resumes
Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of staffing administration experience
- Strong database and Outlook knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
