Recruiting Sourcer Job in New York 10016, New York US

Currently, we are looking for a Recruiting Sourcer whose primary responsibilities will be to continuously source and maintain a large, diverse pool of candidates that will allow the recruitment department to consistently provide high quality talent and solutions to staffing needs.

Responsibilities include:

 

Recruit passive and active candidates from job boards, our internal applicant tracking system, the internet, target companies, and networking groups.

 

Enter and maintain candidate information in the applicant tracking system

 

Effectively coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to prospective candidates

 

Communicate with potential candidates in a professional manner

 

Research and recommend additional advertising and networking sources.

 

Other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

Candidate sourcing experience preferably in the consulting industry or related field.

 

Extensive internet experience including job boards, job posting and social-media.

 

Skilled in Microsoft applications Word, Excel and Access.

 

Experience with applicant tracking systems.

 

Strong communication and organizational skills.

 

Excellent customer service.

 

Ability to multi task.
