Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Education / Experience: 6 Years with Bachelors; 4 Years with Masters and demonstrated hands on full life cycle recruiting experience is required.

A proven track record in sourcing and recruiting candidates in a full-life cycle recruiting environment, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and offer negotiation.

Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems and excellent written oral communication skills required, experience with Taleo is a plus.

Demonstrated experience guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

Demonstrated the ability to manage competing demands; accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements.

Experience recruiting IT Professionals with Security clearances is a plus.

Ability to participate in on-campus and on-site events including career fairs, information sessions, Open House, and other events as needed.

US citizenship is required with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI security clearance is a plus.
