Hays have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Recruitment specialist to join a leading provider of outsourced Recruitment and Business Management services. This will be a permanent position to join the business and work as part of the HR team. You will be based in the Teesside office with responsibility to support the Managed Services division of the business resulting in frequent travel nationally and often at short notice.

This job will be reporting directly into the HR Manager and you will be responsible for leading recruitment projects nationally for the Managed Services division, managing high volume recruitment campaigns at short notice for the business and their clients, lead the recruitment methodology for the business considering attraction methods, selection processes and adhering to strict compliance processes. You will be required to work closely with the HR team to lead the recruitment processes as well as provide appropriate advice and guidance to management regarding recruitment matters ensuring consistency of the recruitment strategy nationally. Other responsibilities will also include; managing client relationships on site, liaising with recruitment agencies, delivering a consistent and successful recruitment campaigns in line with business requirements, working closely with management to assist with new business wins nationally as well as providing regular reviews and continuous improvement of selection methods and processes.

As the Recruitment Advisor, you must have prior experience of working within an Internal or External Recruitment Team, provided excellent stakeholder management and recruitment services previously whilst demonstrating an ability to manage high volume recruitment campaigns to strict deadlines. Experience of demonstrating a high quality of compliance and pre-screening checks is also required and previous experience of recruiting contact centre professionals would be beneficial.

The role is to begin as soon as possible and will require a flexible approach to national travel.
