Recruitment Assistant (m/f)
Your tasks:
- Assistance in recruitment assignments in close collaboration with the Recruitment Consultants
- Managing daily applications
- Ensuring publication of job advertisements
- Research, update and further development of the candidate database
- Answering the phone and filtering the calls
- Administrative tasks and office management
- Ad-hoc projects and events
Your Profile:
- You have an experience in secretarial work or as an office assistant
- English and French perfectly fluent in both oral and written is mandatory, any additional language (preferably German) would be an asset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast paced work environment
- Pro-active working behaviour, discrete and organised
- Flexible, accurate and stress resistant
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A good sense of initiative, team-spirit and professionalism
- Open-minded and reliable
