What you’ll do

As our new Recruitment Assistant you will be joining the Recruitment Team within Optiver. You will have a supporting role in the team which consists of 4 recruiters and a job market communication specialist. The Recruitment Team is responsible for the entire recruitment cycle by targeting, selecting and hiring the right candidates through both national and international recruitment activities. You will have a supporting role in the organisation of fairs and events. In addition, you will be responsible for organising test meetings, arranging interviews and acting as the point of contact for candidates and recruitment agencies.
