Recruitment Assistant/Advisor Job in Birmingham, Midlands Uk

Recruitment Coordinator required for professional services Birmingham based firm.

You will be working alongside the Recruitment Advisor to really manage and assist in the end to end recruitment process for all internal vacancies. The role is pressured, will require managing a heavy workload and also  building strong relationships with line managers and directors.

You will be updating the vacancy list and liaising with line managers on vacancy requirements. You will be taking detailed job descriptions from managers then working with external recruiters with regard to vacancies, candidate requirements and job briefs. You will be arranging interviews and taking feedback but also potentially assisting with and undertaking first interviews.

You will assist with the management of the recruitment PSL with regard to performance, KPIs and working with the HR systems and HR intranet.

You will be dealing with all news starter information and checking and processing invoices as required.

You will also be involved in graduate recruitment. This will entail assisting in the recruitment process and also attending graduate events and assessment centres.

Applicants will have previous Recruitment experience and able to demonstrate all the above. A passion for the recruitment side of HR is essential. One to two years specific recruitment experience is needed for this role.
