Recruitment Consultant - Legal
My clients are an established Recruitment Consultancy specialising in Legal recruitment. They are now the largest consultancy of their kind and have branches throughout the UK and Internationally. Providing temporary and permanent placements to meet the needs of their clients and candidates, they can be counted on to provide a full legal recruitment service, through contingency, search and selection and advertised methods. They are also capable of raising brand awareness for their clients and with worldwide contacts they are a consultancy that can provide more than recruitment for their clients and candidates.
They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in their Manchester branch.
You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant and it is essential that you are from a legal background. You will be working with paralegals, solicitors and partners and as such you will possess excellent sector knowledge to allow you to advise with credibility. You will cover the whole of Manchester which is a large geographical area, giving you plenty of scope for building contacts. Your business development prowess will be enhanced and you will set personal targets to expand the desk`s profitability. This is a 360 role on a warm desk thus you will be competent in all aspects of the recruitment cycle. My clients are looking for a self starter who is able to hit the ground running and start building up the desk immediately. You will be professional at all times and will be eloquently spoken. A confident communicator, you will be comfortable in face to face interactions with affluent clients and candidates. Financially motivated, you will be hard working with strong ethics and will endeavour to provide a first class service.
